Closing Account
The customer who wishes to close their Groot Pay account shall provide a written application to Groot Pay or email to contact@innovationnxt.com at any time. Groot Pay verifies the application and proceeds with the closure of the Groot Pay account. This process will take effect within 15 (Fifteen) days after Groot Pay receives the application.
Requirements for Closing Account
The application must include the following details and documents:
- Groot Pay ID
- User Name
- Date of Birth
- Recent Transaction
- Reward Points
- Reason for Deletion
- KYC (Know Your Customer) Documents
The user must withdraw all the balance from the Groot Pay account, ensuring the current balance is 0 (Zero).
